Why does the terminal remain on the "Updating Schedule" screen?
Answer
This usually happens when the system depends on an active connection to finish updating and the internet is unavailable or unstable.
Checks
- Confirm that there is an internet connection
- Check the terminal log
- Test communication with the server
- Confirm that the terminal is not blocked by an update failure
Note
If startup requires data updates before the system can open, any loss of connection may keep the terminal stuck on this screen until the network is restored.
