Files

The Files feature lets you upload images, videos, and other content for use in Neonews Studio. Uploaded files are available for campaigns and other platform features.

Before uploading, make sure the format is compatible with the target device, such as Android or Windows.

Single file upload

1. Open the Files section in the main menu.
2. Click Add File.
3. In the window that appears, click Select.
4. Find the file on your computer and click Open.
5. After selecting it, check the file name and click Send File.
6. Wait for the upload to finish.
7. Wait for the file to be processed.
8. Once finished, the file will appear in the list with a thumbnail and main information.

Warning - The maximum processing time is 300 seconds. If that time is exceeded, restart the browser and try again.

Multiple file upload

1. Click Add Multiple Files.
2. In the window that appears, click Select.
3. Choose the desired files and click Open.
4. Review the displayed names and click Send File.
5. Wait for the files to upload and process.
6. Once finished, all uploaded files will appear in the list.

Warning - Processing can take up to 300 seconds. If that period is exceeded, restart the browser.
