Installing SGA Lite
SGA Lite is the version intended for service operations in simpler scenarios, usually with USB connectivity.
What it does
- enables the ticketing flow;
- allows calls and queues;
- integrates service with the local display;
- organizes basic counter operations.
Before you start
Confirm whether the environment will use SGA Lite or SGA Enterprise. This changes the installation and connection method.
